Jerome Hewlett

A seasoned business executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience across technology, investment, and commercial operations. Known for building high-performing teams and driving large-scale transformation, Jerome has consistently delivered measurable outcomes across both Fortune 500 firms and disruptive startups.

 

As the former Chief Commercial Officer at Mangata Networks, Jerome led the global go-to-market strategy, closing over $2.3 billion in pre-service capacity contracts and expanding operations into more than 15 countries. He also played a pivotal role in securing government grants, international partnerships, and multiple rounds of venture funding. Prior to that, he served in senior leadership roles at Intellectual Ventures and Merrill Lynch, where he directed strategic restructurings, implemented enterprise systems, and scaled global operations across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Jerome’s work is marked by a strong commercial instinct, data-informed decision-making, and deep operational expertise. He has successfully launched joint ventures, managed large-scale IP monetization strategies, and driven revenue growth through innovation-focused execution. Jerome holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Business and Finance from Worcester State University. He is based in the Seattle area.
