My Story

Danielle Quint is a proven operational strategist with over 20 years of global experience driving commercialization, revenue operations, and enterprise transformation across startups, multinational corporations, and investment-backed ventures.

At Zentari Consulting, Danielle leads client engagements at the intersection of data, execution, and strategic scale. Her track record includes helping organizations close high-value global deals, optimize operational workflows, and turn complexity into clarity. She brings a deep understanding of both boardroom dynamics and executional discipline, having worked alongside C-suite leaders to close over $500M in commercial revenue and scale emerging ventures across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Most recently, Danielle served as SVP, Global Head of Sales Operations at Mangata Networks, a high-growth satellite and cloud computing startup. There, she built a data-driven sales infrastructure to manage a $4.7B pipeline, implemented cross-functional processes that cut deal cycle time by 50%, and developed analytics systems that powered real-time decision-making for executive and board stakeholders. Her leadership helped drive $500M in booked revenue and enabled the commercialization of cutting-edge connectivity technologies across underserved global markets.

Previously, Danielle held senior roles at Intellectual Ventures, a $6B global innovation fund, where she led operational transformation, product development, and startup incubation across six countries. She served as Head of Operations and Senior Director of Business Development, building and supporting multiple spinouts, serving on boards, and driving strategy for portfolio management, IP monetization, and enterprise modernization. Her leadership helped transition thousands of manual processes into scalable, cloud-native platforms, resulting in $9M in operational cost savings and stronger IP commercialization outcomes.

Earlier in her career, Danielle led system modernization and customer experience transformation at Washington Mutual, JPMorgan Chase, and Costco Wholesale, where she managed multimillion-dollar enterprise projects and guided cross-functional teams through mergers, regulatory transitions, and platform upgrades.

Danielle holds an Executive MBA from Seattle University and certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Salesforce Administration. She has served on advisory boards for startups in Singapore and the U.S., with a focus on operational readiness, go-to-market acceleration, and commercialization strategy.
