Rita Adubra Asante is a seasoned business strategist and international trade professional with over a decade of experience driving market entry, program management, and strategic partnerships across multiple regions. Her career spans impactful roles in both the public and private sectors, including her work as a Senior Commercial Specialist with the U.S. Commercial Service in Sub-Saharan Africa, where she advised more than 500 U.S. institutions and companies on market entry, investment, and cross-border growth, directly influencing over $1B in economic activity.

Rita holds an Executive MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Ghana Business

School and currently a Global Executive MBA at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Her

academic journey complements her extensive field experience, equipping her with the tools to align high-level strategy with actionable implementation.

Over the years, Rita has led large-scale initiatives, including launching recruitment strategies for U.S.

universities in emerging markets, developing go-to-market frameworks for private sector clients, supported FDI projects worth several millions of dollars into the U.S. market and orchestrating high-impact trade missions and education fairs across Sub-Saharan Africa.
